Tsunami Relief

I am currently a lecturer at New York University in Abu Dhabi. I teach courses in computer science, and do research in speech-related technologies and information retrieval. Prior to NYU, I was a researcher at IBM, where I was a part of a team that developed and deployed voice-based mobile apps to underserved populations in India.

I was an undergrad at RPI, and a graduate student at Caltech, where I earned a PhD for my work in distributed systems and formal methods.

When not working, I enjoy spending time with my sisters, playing sports, and taking pictures.
